FAQ

Do I need to pay a joining or sign-up fee?

For new gym membership, there is a joining fee of RM50 at Hartamas branch and RM30 at Shah Alam branch. For personal training and walk-in, there is no joining fee.

Can I reschedule if I am unable to attend the training session?

Yes. Any reschedule/cancellation session must inform at least 9 hours early. Otherwise, the session is consider forfeited. Please discuss with your trainer before making any changes to ensure slot is available.

Can I convert my PT 1:1 to group workout package?

Yes. You can convert your PT package to group package however no refund will be made.

What happens to my balance session if I am unable to finish it within validity period?

Client is allowed to put the whole program on hold no more than 1 month. This can be only one time. If no show after month all balance session with be forfeited

Do I get incentives if I refer to my friend or family member to sign as gym member or any training program?

As an active gym member/client we are giving free 1 month gym membership for every 1 successful referral for Personal training/ Group workout or gym membership to your friend and family.

Can I cancel my PT or Bootcamp package?

All money paid will be fully refundable if cancellation is made within 24 hours.

Do you provide lockers?

Yes, our gym provide locker, changing room and shower facilities.
