Struggling to find her purpose in life, at 37 years old, she made a big leap of faith and follow her true passion in fitness and health. She finally leave her 16 years corporate career to start fresh and become a freelance personal trainer and bodybuilding athlete. She acquired her certification as Personal Trainer Level 1, and level2. Completed the ACE certification, a certified CPR and other courses at Fitness Innovation Malaysia, FITM.

In 2017, she did her first bodybuilding competition and won 2nd runner up at Show of Strength Singapore. She continues to compete in Shawn Rhoden 2018, placing top 10 in Open Bikini category. In 2019, she competed in Muscle Contest 2019, Manila Philippines and won her first Gold Medal in master category and 4th place in Open category. Competing in bodybuilding was her first true breakthrough. It transforms her life.

Throughout the 5 years of being a freelance trainer and changing people’s life, she foresees that being a freelance trainer limited her ability to help more people, and so in 2022 she ventures into entrepreneurship journey, another leap of faith and started her own gym, Anne Nikko Fitness Gym.

The goal was to provide a platform and facilities create a supportive community that will promote better fitness and health industry.
